Affirming Psychotherapy
You are not a problem to be fixed
A lot of what you’ve been told about who you’re supposed to be, how you’re supposed to cope, and what healing is supposed to look like is probably fucking bullshit.
We offer trauma-informed, affirming therapy for people with complex inner worlds, particularly folks who are LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, or carrying the impact of trauma. We also work with therapists and other helpers who are used to being the one holding everything together.

stuck in patterns you understand but can’t shift
disconnected from your body
navigating identity, relationships, or systems that weren’t built for you
We meet you where you are, not where society, a self-help book, an insurance company, or an emotionally unavailable relative thinks you should be by now.
Our work might include EMDR, parts work, somatic practices, or creative approaches—but more importantly, it’s about helping you understand yourself differently and build a life that actually fits.
You do not need to shrink yourself, explain yourself into palatability, or show up polished like you’re auditioning for Best Adjusted Person Alive.
The world is a lot. Life does not have to be so fucking hard.
